What is Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP)?

• A training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that is low impact 
• Intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles – highlighting core strength
• *Typically performed in a room heated to 95 degrees Fahrenheit & 40% humidity (classes are not heated at this time)
